Medium: White Fabriano Paper

Expression for me is devoid of the colour. It is white, a light or a shade that encompasses the spirit of purity and evolution. I have been working with paper as a medium for the past decade, creating surface textures and patterns to reveal its beauty. The process has evolved from mere cutting and folding to creating a play of light and shade using a single plane of white paper. Forms, dimensions, and structures that evolve on paper are all inspired by exploring various facets of three-dimensional spaces. I perceive buildings in forms of different pasterns; these architectural forms could be modern or ancient in nature. My subjects vary from ‘Spiritual Evolution of mind’ to the ‘Futuristic forms of Architecture’. The former is internal while the latter is external.
